Council Approves Upgrades Spending

Tools

Members of Watertown's city council have approved spending over $1 million bucks on upgrades.

Most of the money is going to a 3,000-foot water transmission main.

About $200,000 will be used to repair the stone overpass on Arch Street. Arch Street connects Court and Newell streets where the Black River Parkway is located.
