Crews Work To Replace AC Units At City Hall, LibraryIt was busy around Watertown's City Hall Tuesday. The building's air conditioning unit is being replaced. A Watertown air conditioning company teamed up with a Gouverneur equipment firm for the job. It was slow, steady and, fortunately, smooth going as the old unit was lifted from the roof and lowered down. "Any time you're taking equipment off over someone's head in an occupied building, it's pretty delicate," said Dave Schneider of Hyde-Stone Mechanical. The work also includes Flower Memorial Library next door. The new air conditioning units should be installed sometime next week. |
