Deal on Teacher Evaluations Expected Soon

New York parents may soon be able to see the job evaluations of their children's teachers, but those evaluations wouldn't be publicly available - That appears to be the foundation of a teacher evaluation deal being hammered out in closed-door negotiations this weekend in Albany.

Governor Andrew Cuomo and the leaders of the Senate and the Assembly are expected to agree on the bill by Monday night.

Lawmakers would have until the end of this year's legislative session Thursday to vote on it.
