Doctor's Office Blames Lightning Strike For Computer Outage
Lightning is getting the blame for computer problems at a Watertown doctor's office.
Workers at Dr. David Ewing-Chow's ophthalmology practice say their computers are down because of a lightning strike.
The practice is located in the Samaritan Medical Center Office Building in Watertown.
Patients are encouraged to check Dr. Ewing-Chow's website for online health services.
7 News has calls in to SMC to see if other medical offices were affected during an electrical storm, which knocked out power in parts of Watertown early Wednesday morning.
