Domestic Dispute Leads To Felony Charges

An Ogdensburg man is facing felony charges following a domestic incident in St. Lawrence County Tuesday.

Sheriff's deputies say 24 year old Robert Middlemiss was charged with felony charges of first degree criminal contempt for violating an order of protection and aggravated family offense.
 
He was also charged with criminal obstruction of breathing, third degree assault, five counts of endangering the welfare of a child, fourth degree criminal mischief, and two counts of harassment.
 
Deputies say it happened in the town of Macomb. He was arraigned in town court and committed to jail on $10,000 bail.
