Domestic Dispute Yields Charges For St. Lawrence County ManA Dekalb man is facing several charges stemming from an alleged domestic dispute. St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies arrested 35 year old Brad Barlow on charges of third degree assault, second degree unlawful imprisonment and fourth degree criminal mischief. Deputies say the incident involved Barlow's wife. He was arraigned on the charges and released. A no-contact order of protection was issued for the victim. |
