State police arrested a St. Lawrence County man for driving while intoxicated and they say he had a blood alcohol content more than four times the legal limit.
Trooper say 45 year old Terry Holly of Edwards is charged with aggravated DWI.
According to police, Holly was stopped on Main Street in the village of Edwards at 8:45 p.m. Tuesday because one of his headlights was out.
Troopers said Holly's speech was slurred and they smelled aclohol.
Police said he registered a blood alcohol content of .33 percent.
Holly will be in Edwards Town Court on May 22 to answer the charge.
