Evans Mills Man Saves 15 Month Old GirlState Police in Watertown are thanking an Evans Mills man for saving a 15 month old girl on Saturday in Felts Mills. Just before noon, Kevin S. Woodard of Evans Mills was on his way to return cans to a redemption center on State Route 3, when he saw a young girl fall into a pool in a nearby yard. Not seeing anyone else around, Woodard ran, jumped the fence, entered the pool, and pulled the girl out of the water, unharmed. |
