Father, Son Charged Following Domestic Incident

A Massena man and his son are in trouble after the man allegedly violated an order of protection during a domestic incident and the son lied to police about his father being in the house.

State police say 39 year old Anthony LaRock Sr. also damaged a picture frame during the argument.

Trooper say they found him in the basement of the Norfolk residence in what they described as "a hollowed-out dresser" after his son, 20 year old Anthony LaRock Jr., told them his father was not in the home.

The elder man was charged with first degree aggravated criminal contempt and fourth degree criminal mischief. He was arraigned in Massena town court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail without bail.

His son was charged with second degree obstructing governmental administration. He was also arraigned in Massena town court. He was sent to jail on $1,000 bail.
