Funeral Services Planned For Gouverneur Judge John Riordan

Funeral services are planned for Monday afternoon for longtime Gouverneur Town Justice John Riordan.
 
Riordan died Thursday at Maplewood Campus in Canton where he was undergoing rehabilitation for a heart condition.
 
Riordan, who served 18 years as a Gouverneur judge, is being remembered as someone who could always bring a smile to those who knew him.
 
Riordan also is a retired State Police member of 25 years.
 
Calling hours at the Green Funeral Home will be Sunday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. with the funeral at 1 p.m. Monday.
