General Brown Rents School Buses After FireIt was back to business as usual for the General Brown Central School District Monday. "The most important thing is to have the kids here for the instructional day. We didn't lose the instructional day," said district Superintendent Stephan Vigliotti. The district is renting 24 buses. The cost is $100 a day, per bus. If the buses are rented for a month, which officials expect, the price tag will be $72,000. Vigliotti expects insurance to cover the cost. |
