Gouverneur Man Arrested On Grand Larceny Charge

A 45 year old Gouverneur man is accused of taking a truck and car for scrap metal and never paying the owner.

The St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department arrested Heath Cushman of 1750 State Highway 58.

He's charged with a felony count of fourth-degree grand larceny.

Officials said he took a Freightliner truck and a Chevrolet car for scrap metal and failed to pay the owner.

Cushman was arraigned and released to the supervision of probation.
