Graham Sends Letter Of Support To Watertown, MA

Watertown Mayor Jeff Graham has sent a letter of support to his counterpart in Watertown, Massachusetts, in the wake of last week's Boston Marathon bombing.

"As a believer that all Watertowns must stick together, I wanted to pass along the best wishes and prayers of the people from Watertown, New York, as you continue to deal with the aftermath of the unfortunate recent turn of events," wrote Graham.

The two suspects in the marathon bombings were involved in a shootout with police in Watertown, Massachusetts, last week.

The incident involved grenades, other explosives and gunfire.

After one suspect was killed, the community was locked down until police located the second man.

"It was a chilling reminder of how quickly such a tragic event can befall a community," Graham wrote.

The letter was sent to Watertown Town Council President Mark Sideris.
