Graham Wins 5th Term As Watertown's MayorIn unofficial results, incumbent Watertown Mayor Jeff Graham has defeated challenger Jeff Smith 1,975 to 1,803 with all 18 city election districts reporting. There are still 449 absentee ballots to be counted, but Smith would have to win a very high number of them to break Graham's lead.
