Grants Help North Country Health Programs For KidsTwo north country health programs are in line for their share of more than $5 million in federal funding headed to New York state. Carthage Area Hospital will receive almost $14,000 and North Country Children's Clinic will get almost $40,000. The money is available through the Affordable Health Care Act.
