Hermon Man Indicted On Sex Charges Involving Teenage GirlA St. Lawrence County Grand Jury has indicted a 62 year old Hermon man on charges he had repeated sexual contact with a 13 year old girl. Frank Brown of 1162 County Route 21 was charged with second degree sexual conduct against a child and endangering the welfare of a child. The indictment alleges Brown engaged in sexual contact with the victim on more than two occasions from September 2010 to May 2011. |
