Highway Work Could Tie Up Traffic Near Brownville

Roadwork on Route 12E between Brownville and Limerick could cause traffic problems over the next few weeks.

State Department of Transportation crews will begin milling the highway in the village of Brownville on Wednesday. That work is expected to be finished on Thursday.
 
Paving is scheduled to begin October 16 and be completed by October 25.
 
Transportation officials ask motorists to be careful when they drive through the work zone.
