It was at least 60 degrees in Ogdensburg Tuesday, but it felt a lot like Christmas.
Our source for this is Gary Ladouceur, the Ogdensburg man who for the last four years has put up a Christmas display in Flat Iron Park.
Most of that display - 50 sheets of painted plywood - was stolen from his yard back in March.
As we reported last week, Ladouceur took what he could salvage and put up a smaller display.
After our report aired, thngs began to change.
"I had several people stop and give us money donations," Ladouceur said.
"We had somebody stop and give us a bunch of decorations, Lowes has stepped forward and given us some materials, some paint, so we can work on the buildings again next year," he said.
Although it's too late for this Christmas season, "It looks like next year, we might be able to get some of the buildings back up," Ladouceur said.
