Inmate Pleads Guilty In Death Of Fellow Prisoner
A state prison inmate will get another two to four years behind bars after a fight at the Cape Vincent Correctional Facility left another inmate dead.
The inmate, 20 year old Erick Minott, pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide.
He was accused of hitting fellow inmate 31 year old Jorge Morillo during the July 2011 fight. Morillo hit his head, causing the blood clot that led to his death.
