Investigation Continues Into Philip Pickett's Death

Tools

Investigators say evidence they collected from the home where a town of Watertown man died has been sent to a state police lab for analysis.

The body of 33 year old Philip Pickett was found Monday morning at his home at 22834 Swan Road.

Jefferson County sheriff's detective Dave Pustizzi declined to say what the evidence is or disclose any more details about the case.

Investigators said earlier this week that an autopsy revealed Pickett died from injuries he suffered during a fight.

Officials are calling the death suspicious and say they have interviewed a "person of interest."

No arrests have been made.
