Tuesday's rainy weather didn't stop students from celebrating the last day of class for the spring semester at Jefferson Community College.
The party was moved into the gym, where students had the chance to play ping pong, throw frisbees and even joust with each other.
Officials say after a long semester, both students and staff need time to blow off a little steam.
"It's a tough, tough time for students. It's a tough time for faculty and the whole campus so on the last day it's wonderful to celebrate that everyone is finishing up," said JCC President Carole McCoy.
Although classes are over for the semester, final exams start Friday and run through next week.
