A judge has ruled that a Norwood trucking company can continue to use village streets to avoid having to take a 22 mile detour.
Gene Michael Knowlton operates a trucking company on River Road and uses Norwood streets to connect to state and county roads to make salt deliveries. The village has had an eight ton limit on its books for years but didn't aggressively enforced it until earlier this year.
