The Lewis County Sheriff's office says 22-year-old Aaron Keeton of Elizabethtown, Kentucky was driving south on State Route 12 in the town of Turin when he went off the side of the road, striking several guard rails.

Deputies say the driver failed field sobriety tests on the scene, and was taken to the Public Safety Building, where he registered a B.A.C. of .17 percent.

Keeton was charged with driving while intoxicated and imprudent speed.

No one was injured in the accident.
