Latest Fort Drum Casualty Described As Brave, Yet FunnyA soldier described as brave, yet funny, is the latest North Country casualty in Afghanistan. Sergeant Ari Cullers died Sunday. He was killed by a rocket propelled grenade while repairing a bulldozer in Kandahar province. Cullers was assigned to the 10th Mountain Division at Fort Drum. He was part of Headquarters Company and its Special Troops Battalion. His friends say he was the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back. Sgt. Cullers was 28 years old. |
