Lewis County Man Accused Of Trespassing, Theft

A 27 year old Port Leyden man is accused of entering an Oneida County home and stealing property from inside.

State police say Xavier Polk entered a town of Forestport home, where he allegedly stole property.
 
He was charged with second degree criminal trespassing and petit larceny.
 
He was released to appear in Forestport town court at a later date.
