Lisbon Man Accused Of Making Meth

A Lisbon man is behind bars in the St. Lawrence County Jail for allegedly making methamphetamine.

State police arrested 37 year old Terry Pitts after discovering a meth lab at 217A Taggart Road in the town of Lisbon.

He was charged with a felony count of third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of unlawful possession of a hypodermic instrument.

Pitts was arraigned in Morristown Town Court, where bail was set at $25,000 cash or $50,000 bond. 

The Ogdensburg Police Department and St. Lawrence County Drug Task Force helped with the investigation.

Pitts was arrested last month on similar charges.
