Lisbon Woman Charged With Witness TamperingA Lisbon woman has been charged with harassing a witness in an ongoing criminal case. State police say 58 year old Deborah Whitehill allegedly sent threatening text messages to a witness in a town of Lisbon criminal trial.
Whitehill was charged with third degree tampering with a witness and second degree aggravated harassment.
She was arraigned in Potsdam town court and sent to St. Lawrence County jail on $5,000 bail.
