Local Gas Prices Could Soon Hit $4 A Gallon

Gas prices are up again, but it seems many Watertown residents are taking that increased price at the pump in stride.

GasBuddy.com says we're paying at least a nickel more per gallon of gas than we did a week ago.

We're paying 12 cents more per gallon than we did a year ago.

Analysts believe prices could reach $4 per gallon.

"If they do, I would say it would come anytime between now and early June and then prices should for the month of June go back down into the upper $3 a gallon range," said Patrick DeHaan of GasBuddy.com.

Hawaii has the highest priced gas in the nation at $4.299 per gallon.

Montana has the cheapest gas at $3.329 per gallon.
