The owner of Lowville Common has put the office complex up for sale for $995,000, according to the broker handling the sale.
Lowville Common LLC, which includes the contractor who built the facility in 1986, has owned the property for the last 27 years.
"It is unusual for an investment group to maintain ownership of an investment property for that length of time," said Robert Nelson of CBRE Syracuse, the broker handling the sale, in an email.
"The longevity of the ownership underscores the value of this asset."
At $995,000, Lowville Commons is priced at less than half what it would cost to build new, Nelson noted.
The structure is 18,400 square feet.
