Man Accused Of Getting 13 Year Old PregnantA former Jefferson County resident has been extradited to the north country to face a rape charge. State police say 19 year old Kelan Fisher is accused of getting a 13 year old girl pregnant last summer while he was stationed at Fort Drum. He has since been discharged and was living in Memphis, Tennessee when he was arrested. Police brought him back to the area to be charged with second degree rape - a felony - and a misdemeanor count of endangering the welfare of a child. Fisher is being held in Jefferson County jail on $10,000 bail pending grand jury action. Most Popular |
