Man Accused Of Possessing Stolen ATVA Watertown man has been accused of having a stolen ATV in his possession. Jefferson County sheriff's deputies say 21 year old Billy Beach Jr. was allegedly in possession of a 2007 all-terrain vehicle that was reported stolen in February. He was charged with fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property. Beach was one of three people arrested in April for allegedly stealing property from a construction site. |
