Man Accused Of Possessing Stolen PropertyA Watertown man faces several charges in connection with burglary and grand larceny complaints from throughout Jefferson County. Sheriff's deputies say 48 year old Steven Beach was charged with six counts of criminal possession of stolen property. Beach is already being held in jail without bail. He was arrested in April with two other men for allegedly stealing equipment from a construction site. Deputies say they found stolen property when they searched his Merline Avenue home. Beach was arraigned in city court on two counts of third degree criminal possession of stolen property, one count of fourth degree criminal possession of stolen property and three counts of fifth degree criminal possession of stolen property.
