A man who originally identified himself to police as a known drug dealer was later found to be hiding a large quantity of crack cocaine in his anus.

Ogdensburg police say they stopped a car and the driver first identified himself as David Barksdale. Police say Barksdale had made a controlled sale of crack to police in the past, so they took him into custody to charge him with felony criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Their investigation revealed Barksdale was actually Dejuan Butler and was wanted in North Carolina for breaking parole.

After searching Butler, police found 78 baggies of crack hidden in his anus.

Butler was charged with false impersonation and a felony count of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
