Man Arrested Following Restaurant Fracas


A Watertown man was arrested after an altercation at a Washington Street restaurant over the weekend.

Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies say it happened at the Clubhouse Restaurant Saturday night.
They say 26 year old Joshua Pound allegedly hit another man with a plastic glass, cutting him, and then shoved him against the wall.
Deputies say Pound put his hand and the other man's neck and choked him.
Pound was charged with harassment and criminal obstruction of breathing.
He was arraigned in Watertown town court and jailed on $5,000 bail.
