A St. Lawrence County man, accused of selling heroin, has been arrested after failing to appear in court.

The county Drug Task Force arrested 30 year old Allen Oshier on Friday.

County Judge Jerome Richards issued a bench warrant for failure to appear in county court.

The task force arrested Oshier on felony charges of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

It's alleged that Oshier sold heroin to a task force operative.

He was taken to the county jail pending an appearance in county court.

In October, Oshier was arrested with three other men after officials arrested them for allegedly having heroin in their vehicle.
