Man Charged In Hit-And-Run Of Amish BuggyA 23 year old Rennselear Falls man is accused of rear-ending an Amish buggy and driving off. St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies charged Travis Quicke with leaving the scene of a personal injury accident and having an uninspected vehicle. The accident happened on Irish Settlement Road in the town of Oswegatchie. Officials say an infant in the buggy suffered a leg injury and was treated at Canton-Potsdam Hospital. |
