Man Charged With Holding Woman Against Her Will At His HomeA Hannawa Falls man was arrested on several charges for allegedly holding a woman against her will and threatening her with a knife. St. Lawrence County Sheriff deputies say 19 year old Jose Lizardi IV allegedly refused to allow the victim to leave his residence and threatened her with a knife. Police say the victim was finally able to leave, but Lizardi followed her to another residence 1.5 miles away. Lizardi was charged with criminal contempt, unlawful imprisonment, assault, criminal mischief, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing. Deputies say Lizardi was held on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. |
