Man Clocked Riding Motorcycle Over 100 MPH, Police Say

A Potsdam man faces a number of charges after he was allegedly caught riding a motorcycle at over 100 mph.

State police say 26 year old Todd Richards was allegedly riding an unlicensed motorcycle at speeds up to 110 mph on Route 72 in the town of Parishville.

Police say he was ticketed for reckless driving, speeding, operating a motorcycle without a license, and driving an uninsured, unlicensed and unregistered motorcycle.

Richards will answer the charges in Potsdam town court at a later date.
