Mannsville Voters To Decide Fate Of VillageTo dissolve or not dissolve -- that will be the question for Mannsville residents Tuesday. The southern Jefferson County village of around 360 people would lose its board, mayor, clerk and a few services if voters choose to dissolve.
The village would be absorbed into the town of Ellisburg.
Polls will be open from noon to 9 p.m.
