Meth Lab Suspect Accused Of Possessing Prison ContrabandA man originally accused of possessing meth lab supplies faces an additional charge after police found drug paraphernalia in his possession. Jefferson County Sheriff's deputies say 48 year old Scott LeClair of Churubusco, N.Y. was being processed as an inmate at the county jail when they found a glass smoking device during a search. He was charged with second degree promoting prison contraband. He was arraigned in Watertown city court, issued a ticket and sent back to jail. Bail was set at $15,000 for the original charge. |
