A drug raid in Watertown Monday afternoon yielded heroin, cash and drug paraphenalia, according to the Metro-Jeff Drug Task Force.
The raid, at the rear apartment of 217 Cedar Street, produced 89 bags of heroin valued at $1,700, $220 in cash and items for using drugs, police said.
Tracy E. Goodwin, 22, described by police as a resident of the apartment, was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, a class B felony.
Raymond R. Cruz, 32, who police said also lived there, was also charged with the same thing.
Both Goodwin and Cruz were awaiting arraignment Monday in Watertown city court.
