More Doubt Cast On Tomaselli's Claims Against Bernie FineEven more doubt is being cast about a former Copenhagen Central student's claims he was molested by former Syracuse University assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine. Zach Tomaselli is suing Fine, claiming he was sexually abused by him in Pittsburgh. Onondaga County District Attorney William Fitzpatrick revealed Monday there's no evidence supporting Tomaselli's story. Tomaselli claims he rode an SU team support bus from Syracuse to Pittsburgh. Fitzpatrick said there's no evidence a support bus even existed. Fitzpatrick has also raised questions about whether Tomaselli could have been with Fine when records show he was actually at school in Copenhagen at the time. Most Popular |
