There might be no such a thing as a free lunch, but there is free music to eat your lunch by.

On most Wednesdays and some Fridays the front lawn of the Jefferson County Historical Society comes alive with music at lunchtime.

On Wednesday, folk singer Tom Gagnone was performing under the copper beech tree.

Other acts this summer include jazz and blues, the sounds of the Caribbean and country music.

The concerts are part of the Downtown Business Association's Lunch Box Revue.

So, bring your lunch and a friend and enjoy the music.
