"Basically Soirée doing the dirty work the day of.  You have a bride or a bride's family. They want to plan the wedding right up to the day of. But when the day of comes, they're obviously otherwise occupied. They need someone to come in, set up and make sure everything turns out just the way they planned", said Sarah Compo, Soirée owner.
