North Country Drivers Paying More For Gas During Holiday Weekend

North country drivers are hitting the road for the holiday weekend and they're paying higher gas prices to do so.

Prices were spotted as high as $3.99 in Watertown on Friday.

Experts say Hurricane Isaac made already high prices worse across the country by forcing Gulf Coast refineries and others in its path to close.

That didn't seem to stop many north country drivers as they headed out for the long weekend.

But, the ones we talked to say although they're paying the price, they aren't happy about it.

There is light at the end of the tunnel - experts expect gas prices move lower throughout the holiday weekend.
