Norwood Man Charged With Exposing Himself To 2 Girls

A Norwood man was taken to St. Lawrence County jail for allegedly exposing himself to two pedestrians in the village of Potsdam about a year and a half ago.

Potsdam police say 20 year old Andrew Francis allegedly drove up to two girls on Broad Street, exposed himself and drove away.

Police say the incident was in October 2010. State police located Francis in Massena and took him to Potsdam on a bench warrant issued by village court.

He is charged with two counts each of public lewdness and endangering the welfare of a child.

Francis was arraigned in village court and committed to jail without bail.
