MGN Online

St. Lawrence County Sheriff's investigators say two people are believed to have been involved in Friday's armed robbery of a 93 year old Potsdam man.

Detective Sergeant Brooks Bigwarfe tells 7 News that a person seen sitting inside a black or dark-colored pickup truck outside Donald Jackman's home may have been the getaway driver.

Bigwarfe says one suspect robbed Jackman at gunpoint during a brief struggle inside his garage shop at 420 Route 11 B, where he operates a small tool and equipment business.

Jackman received a minor arm injury in the robbery.

The gunman made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Sheriff's Detective Division at 379-2360.
