Ogdensburg Man Accused Of Selling Heroin

An Ogdensburg man was arrested Tuesday after he allegedly sold heroin to a confidential police source.

Ogdensburg police say they have been investigating 38 year old Kenneth Kendall of 2 King Street for several months.
 
Kendall was charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.
 
He was arraigned in Ogdensburg city court and released under the supervision of probation.
