Ogdensburg Man Accused of Sexually Abusing 16 Year-Old GirlA St. Lawrence County man is facing charges, after allegedly sexually abusing a teenager. 50 year-old Ricky Mason of Ogdensburg was charged with 3rd degree sexual abuse, after allegedly having unwanted sexual contact with a 16 year-old female. Mason was arraigned in Lisbon Court and released on supervision of probation. He will face the charges in Oswegatchie Court, at a later date.
