One Person Seriously Hurt in Car Crash

One person was seriously injured in a car crash near the Thousand Islands Bridge Friday afternoon.

The victim was transported by helicopter to a hospital in Syracuse for treatment.

This, after a two-vehicle accident on the Wellesley Island side of the T.I. Bridge shortly after 12:30 p.m.

State police are investigating.
